If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to make it right.
Returns We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
How to Request a Refund Email us with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we'll provide return instructions. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the item.
Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, opened pet food, treats, and grooming products cannot be returned.
Damaged or Wrong Items If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we'll send a replacement or full refund — no return needed!
